Banana Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are always a great fix for when you need to get up and out the door in a hurry in the morning.


  • Smoothie Ingredients:
  • 1 whole banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 c. of berries
  • 1 c. of some fortified soy milk.
  • 25 c. of regular oats
  • 2 tsp. of flaxseeds

Toast Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of wholemeal toast
  • 1 tsp. of Vegemite
  • 1 tsp. of vegan margarine (optional)
How to make it:

1. Blend completely smooth.

2. Serve with toast and Vegemite.
