Smoothies are always a great fix for when you need to get up and out the door in a hurry in the morning.
- Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 whole banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 c. of berries
- 1 c. of some fortified soy milk.
- 25 c. of regular oats
- 2 tsp. of flaxseeds
- 1 slice of wholemeal toast
- 1 tsp. of Vegemite
- 1 tsp. of vegan margarine (optional)
How to make it:
1. Blend completely smooth.
2. Serve with toast and Vegemite.
