Multigrain Protein Pancakes

Craving pancakes but want to get more protein in your diet? These protein pancakes are easy to prepare and sure to satisfy your pancakes cravings.PREP TIME15 minutesCOOK TIME10 minutesTOTAL TIME25 minutes


  • 1/2 cup whole oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup egg whites (about 4 egg whites)
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. If the batter is too thick thin it will 1 tablespoon of almond milk or water.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or a little bit of coconut oil.Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter per pancake in the skillet. Cook about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve immediately or freeze with plastic wrap or parchment paper between pancakes.
